We welcome your children to our childcare room!  We will have plenty of adult and young adult volunteers, toys, games, and movies.  Texas Roadhouse's Andy Armadillo will visit and dance with the kids!  We do not provide snacks, but you are welcome to bring one for your child (no nuts, please, in case of allergies!).

CHILDCARE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

1. Only children ages 12 and under are allowed in the childcare room.

2. If your child is age 10 - 12 and wants to dance, he or she can join you on the dance floor, but paid registration is required.  The price for kids to dance is the same as adults.

3. Only kids from people at the Bring It Blue Charity Event for Autism Speaks can attend childcare.

4. Parents have to stay on the premises at all times and sign their child in and out.

5. Children will be released ONLY to the person who dropped them off.

6. For the well-being of the other children, please refrain from bringing a sick child into the childcare area.

7. Please label all of your child’s belongings with his/her name.

8. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and parents will be notified immediately.

9. If a child is inconsolable for more than 15 minutes, parents will be notified and asked to return to the childcare area to assist staff.

10. Medications will not be administered by childcare staff.

11. If your child wears diapers, you must provide the diapers.

     

     

    Please note: We will have someone monitoring the Zumba dance floor to ensure that no young children are on the floor.  This is for the safety of the children!
